Environmental health studies for Beetaloo Sub-basin

The connection between people and the environment they live in is described as environmental health.

To establish a baseline for environmental health, it is important to collect information about:

  • current air, soil and water quality parameters that may affect human health
  • chemicals that have the potential to cause contamination
  • regional health statistics.
